Cropped the image and took this photo with the outside light from the West. I gave the cropped painting to my brother for his birthday, since Bucky is his horse. 
7" x 10 1/2" acrylic on Fabriano Hot Press watercolor paper. This painting was done for the Composition Challenge in the Acrylics Forum. The painting is from a reference photo taken earlier this Spring of Bucky, a quarterhorse, grazing in our pasture. I just noticed the photo is out of focus and so will take another one during daylight tomorrow.
