Crepe Myrtle
5" x 7"
Acrylic on Board
The palette for this painting is Ultramarine Blue, Cerulean Blue, Burnt Sienna, Pyrrole Red, Cad. Yellow Primrose, Raw Sienna,(Golden), and Brilliant Yellow Green (Liquitex) . The grays are more of a neutral gray sometimes leaning to blue, red-blue and green-blue. My camera has intensified the bluish tint in the grays.

This is a sweet painting Ann. I am always impressed with artists who can paint such detail on such a small size board. I have only been patient enough to do one painting in a small format--and not that small, 9 x 12. My hat is off to you.
I love the angle of the composition. And you did an amazing job with the glass.
Congratulations! I also love the riot of color below!
It's beautiful Ann. :) I love the colors you've used here and the angle of the image. Also the highlights on the glass are perfect. I'm glad to see an acrylic piece from you.
Thanks all of you. You are a treat for stopping by with your encouraging words. :)
Beautiful work!
