Using French Ultramarine Blue, Tranparent Brown Oxide, and a mixture of yellow ochre, cobalt turquoise and blue to make a warmer grey, painted this little 5" x 7" landscape of the North pasture on a foggy morning. It has been awhile since I've painted landscapes and this reminded me how much I enjoy them.

Wow Ann, it's beautiful! Very atmospheric and dreamy!
Very atmospheric Ann. This small landscape is one of those quicky paintings that happen on occasion, surprise us, and become treasures. Lovely. You should get out to the pasture more often.
What a lovely effect and I can feel that mist!
